Our group applies system-level analyses and biochemical tools to study the molecular bases of protein aggregation diseases. A main strength of the lab is the development of mass spectrometry-based proteomics approaches. Specifically, we have developed and constantly improve methods for the in-situ, proteome-wide analysis of protein structures and their alterations as a global readout of regulatory cellular events.
