Cell death and inflammation in cancer

My lab focuses on the complex relationship between cell death and inflammation. In particular, we are investigating how ubiquitin- and ubiquitin-like messages are used in a spatial and temporal manner to modulate the cellular response to cell death and inflammation, and how this can be exploited to prevent tumour formation and treatment resistance.
