Dynamics of immune responses during cancer and infection

With the help of functional intravital imaging, our lab is studying how lymphocytes collect activation signals and fulfill their effector functions in vivo. We aim to gain new insight into how immune responses unfold during cancer and infection and identify the mode of action of different immunotherapies.
