RNA editing and cancer
Our research interests have been centered on understanding the causes of RNA editing dysregulation in cancer, the functional impact of RNA editing events on cancer initiation and progression, and the therapeutic potential of modulating RNA editing activity for cancer treatment. We are also interested in the interplay between RNA editing and other RNA processing steps and their implications in cancer.
