We study how cells organise themselves into high-order structures through coordinated behaviours and generate robust patterns. We are interested in the dynamics of self-organisation and how mechano-chemical cues dictate their spatio-temporal regulation. Because these emergent phenomena have multiple layers of biological organisation at different scales, we develop quantitative frameworks to increase our understanding of single-cell biology.
