My group develops and applies DNA-based super-resolution microscopy to uncover the spatial organization of biomolecules with nanometer precision. We focus on advancing single-molecule imaging technologies such as DNA-PAINT and RESI, enabling molecular-resolution mapping of protein distributions in cells and tissues. Our goal is to understand how nanoscale organization governs biological function in health and disease.
