Electron cryo-microscopy of membrane proteins

We work on membrane protein structure. We are also developing and improving the technique of single particle electron cryomicroscopy (cryoEM). Currently, we are working to determine the structures, using cryoEM, of several stable, well-behaved membrane proteins. Later, we will extend this to membrane proteins that are less stable or less well-behaved.
