Cancer therapy based on circulating tumor cells.

Our company Tzu Cancer Therapeutics, of which I am founder and CSO, is based on the idea that 90% of cancer patients die from metastases, so therapy should be based on knowledge of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs). We purify these from the blood, sequence the whole genome plus the mRNA, and have developed bioinformatic tools to discover targets for therapy.
