Cancer and metabolism
Our laboratory investigates metabolic heterogeneity and plasticity of cancer cells in the context of metastasis formation. We use cutting-edge single-cell and spatial multi-omics techniques to define the molecular mechanism by which metabolic rewiring aids cancer cells. Our ultimate goal is to define novel therapeutic strategies against metastatic cancers.
