Cracking the epitranscriptome

My group is interested in understanding how post-transcriptional modifications on RNA – known as the epitranscriptome – shape RNA fate and cellular physiology. Combining experimental with computational approaches, we seek to define the building blocks present in mRNA, and to understand their roles and mechanisms of action.
