We investigate molecular mechanisms by integrated structural biology, centered around our core expertise solution NMR spectroscopy. We study key mechanisms of chaperone function, outer membrane protein biogenesis, kinase signalling and pyroptosis. We also develop high-throughput methods for the determination of protein dynamics.
