My group explores mutational signatures and cellular physiological changes that lead to age-related phenomena such as cancer and neurodegenerative phenotypes. We use combinations of computational and experimental methods to explore how DNA damage and DNA repair affect human cells. We also develop clinical algorithmic tools and seek applications for our expertise in holistic cancer genome profiling in clinical contexts.
