My lab is interested in studying the biological mechanisms of lipid signalling pathways using chemical biology approaches such as emerging mass spectrometry based metabolomics and proteomics techniques. Our long term goal is to identify as-of-yet uncharacterized lipid signalling pathways in vivo, annotate enzymes and/or receptors that regulate their biology, and provide new therapeutic paradigms for human neurological and immunological diseases.
