Statistics and computational biology in cancer

My lab develops statistical and computational methods for the analysis of cancer omics data, particularly deriving from sequencing technologies. We have extensive collaborations for prostate cancer, oesophageal adenocarcinoma and glioblastoma. The lab also has a focus on developing statistical modeling approaches to cancer evolution, for example for understanding tumour heterogeneity, and for inferring tumour history. We use stochastic computation methods such as ABC.
