Our laboratory is interested in understanding the role of ubiquitin in regulating fundamental processes such as endocytosis, cell migration, and autophagy, in normal and pathological conditions. To establish how ubiquitination acts, it is critical to determine the type of ubiquitin modification and to understand the mechanism by which this signal is generated.
