Rational design of chemical probes
I am interested in the rational design of highly selective inhibitors (chemical probes) and their use in the elucidation of complex cellular processes. In the past we worked on epigenetic reader domains and their role in chromatin organization as well as in the signalling field (protein kinases and phosphatases).
