Our goal is a mechanistic understanding of RNA processing and RNP assembly processes in human cells. We make use of in-vitro and in-cellulo biochemical assays as well as -omics approaches, and combine them with structural analyses, to study both well-defined reconstituted complexes and their counterparts inside the native environment of cells.
