Our lab develops and applies smart and super-resolution microscopy techniques to understand organelle biology. We leverage automated imaging approaches that enhance speed, resolution, and content beyond conventional fluorescence microscopy limits. We investigate the mitochondrial life cycle, including dynamics, organization, and inter-organelle contacts.
