We study four areas of C. elegans embryogenesis: 1) the organization of chromosomes in 3D, and the factors that modulate organization; 2) the molecular response to physical forces during epidermal morphogenesis; 3) the inheritance of environmental cues and their impact on embryogenesis; and 4) pioneer transcription factors in gut development.
