Cell fate regulation in plant development

Our lab is interested cell fate choices during development in the model plant Arabidopsis. We focus on regulation of cell behaviour in the stem cell niches of apical meristems and on apical-basal axis formation during embryo development. We employ genetic, biochemical, and mathematical approaches.
