Our team studies the mechanisms of olfactory learning and memory with an integrated approach ranging from molecular studies to behavioral analyses, through the functional study of neuronal networks. In particular, the activity of energy metabolism pathways is studied using genetically-encoded fluorescent probes and two-photon microscopy. We also use Drosophila as a model system to study the pathophysiology of Alzheimer's disease.
