Structural biology of ubiquitin and DNA regulation
My group uses a combination of structural biology and quantitative biochemistry to provide insight in biological pathways focusing on two topics: a) regulation of ubiquitin conjugation and deconjugation in the area of DNA damage repair and DNA regulation b) initiation of DNA mismatch repair.
