Dissection and manipulation of T cell immunity
My group develops and exploits novel technologies to dissect antigen-specific T cell responses. This work includes fundamental projects that aim to describe the descent of different cellular subsets through lineage tracing, as well as translational projects in which we dissect the mode of action of clinically active cancer immunotherapies.
