Quality control of eukaryotic transcriptomes

My laboratory is interested in aspects of co- and post-transcriptional control of gene expression in yeast and human cells. Our primary focus is on RNA degradation systems and how they interplay with RNA processing and packaging to exert quality control of the mRNP synthesis process.
