My lab investigates how cancer cells adapt to therapeutic stress and develop resistance to treatment. We study the epigenetic and transcriptional mechanisms that govern tumor cell plasticity and survival in aggressive cancers, including brain tumors. Using functional genomics, CRISPR-based screening, and preclinical models, we identify cancer-specific vulnerabilities and therapeutic targets to enable more effective treatment strategies.
