RNA biology and human diseases
Our group investigates the functional dynamics of macromolecular machines that act on RNA, using an integrated approach that combines biochemical, structural, and systems biology methods. In parallel with our basic research program, we also explore how defects in RNA-related pathways contribute to human diseases, including motor neuron disorders.
