All-optical neuronal circuit manipulation
My lab develops advanced optical methods, such as holography, temporal focusing, and multiphoton microscopy, for all-optical imaging and control of neural circuits using optogenetics, calcium, and voltage imaging in head-fixed and freely moving mice, zebrafish larvae, and non-human primate retinas.
