Timing neural development
Neural circuits are composed of diverse cell types in precise numbers and stoichiometries and often span brain regions. Coordinating their development is critical for appropriate circuit formation and function. My lab aims to uncover the mechanisms that coordinate developmental processes to build functional circuitry.
