My group, which I co-lead with Paul Guichard, focuses on deciphering the structural and molecular mechanisms governing centriole and cilia assembly. We combine cell biology, expansion microscopy, in vitro reconstitution assays, and cryo-microscopy approaches to understand how these essential cellular structures are built and maintained, and how their dysfunction contributes to human disease.
