The molecular architecture of cellular membranes
Our group is interested in the architecture of cellular membranes. We aim to understand how membrane structure, composition and supramolecular organization contribute to cellular functions. To identify and visualize cellular membranes and protein arrangement in situ, we use correlative light and electron microscopy workflows including electron cryo-tomography of cells.
