Cytoskeletal architecture and functions in normal and diseased cells

My group wants to extend and complete the analysis of the molecular composition of the cytoskeleton and the cell-cell junctions, in particular cell type-specific components. We will characterize these molecules and develop antibodies which will allow their identification, the elucidation of their functions and the diagnosis of the cell type in normal and pathologically altered situations.
