Mechanisms of pre-mRNA splicing

Pre-mRNA splicing is one of the key steps in eukaryotic gene expression. Our group uses an integrative structural biology approach, combined with biochemistry and biophysics, to understand how cellular machinery performs this complex and highly regulated process.
