Development and function of dopaminergic systems
My group studies mechanisms controlling development and function of the nervous system at the molecular level. Using zebrafish we combine genetics, genomics, signaling research, experimental embryology, and live imaging to achieve a quantitative understanding of complex signaling and regulatory networks in development. We focus on development and function of dopaminergic systems, and the regulation of neural proliferation zones.
