Biochemical pathways of cell death in mammals

My laboratory research aims to understand the molecular mechanism of mammalian cell death and its relevance to human diseases. We have been using a combination of approaches including biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and chemistry to reveal the molecular controls and execution of cell death.
