My research program focuses on unravelling the mechanisms of macromolecular machines using a range of structural biology techniques including X-ray crystallography and electron cryo-microscopy. My group is particularly interested in large macromolecular assemblies involved in DNA processing such as DNA damage response and repair, transcription regulation, as well as the structures and mechanisms of multi-functional AAA ATPase p97.
Keywords: Structural biology / transcription / DNA damage signalling and repair / AAA proteins / p97
