We investigate epigenetic and epitranscriptomic regulation in cancer, including AML and DIPG, with the goal of identifying regulators whose inhibition leads to therapeutic differentiation. We also investigate epigenetic regulation in order to enable responses of poorly immunogenic tumors to checkpoint blockade and to achieve durable responses. We identify RNA modifying enzymes and investigate their mechanisms and roles in physiology and cancer.
