Mechanistic investigation of RNA splicing and AD

My lab combines structural biology, biochemical, and biophysical approaches to investigate the molecular and chemical basis of fundamental cellular processes, with a particular interest in spliceosome-catalyzed pre-mRNA splicing, mechanism of regulated intramembrane proteolysis, and regulation of cell death.
