My research revolves around plant cell signaling, with a focus on auxin, ROP GTPases and their roles in regulating cell polarity, growth and morphogenesis. Our studies have substantially advanced our understanding of cell signaling mechanisms in plants. Looking forward, our studies are expanding into the realm of synthetic biology, aiming to engineer novel pathways and systems to enhance agricultural productivity and to produce high-value products.
